Hi, I’m HEATHER HAMILTON.

I started my first business, Zoe Organics, in 2010 when I saw a gap in the market for organic and natural skincare products for moms and babies. The brand resonated with consumers and earned shelf space in retailers like Target, Nordstrom, Pharmaca, Credo and independent grocers, spas and boutiques. Although I had earned a formal MBA in management in 2008, the hands-on education that followed as CEO of Zoe Organics for 14 years was invaluable; both professionally and personally.

When creating the Zoe Organics product line, I opted not to hire a chemist or cosmetics lab to create my products. Instead, my passion for wellness and organic and natural ingredients led me deeper into studying botanicals, aromatherapy and cosmetic formulation; resulting in me formulating the entire Zoe Organics product line and gaining 15 years of experience and expertise in product development.

In 2019, with a desire to begin sharing the hands-on knowledge and experience I had gained, I began teaching college business courses as an adjunct and then full-time as Assistant Professor, at Pacific Union College (Napa Valley, CA). It didn’t take long before I became the advisor for Entrepreneurship and the director of national pitch competitions. This sparked a new passion for mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs.

My blend of real-world business acumen, academic expertise and passion for building mission-driven product companies positions me as a dynamic coach and consultant for entrepreneurs and small businesses. My strengths in pre-launch planning and execution; product formulation, development and marketing; operations and more, help my clients navigate the complexities of growing their businesses.
